Were it me one with you
Then I’d be what you choose
And you’d see from your view
This fresh me that is new
I can see and I’m sure
Of your sweetness so pure
But your secrets are blurred
By discreetness of words
At the least give a glance
And give me one more chance
Can’t you please change your stance
And entreat our advance?
And let trust have its day
It’s not lust but it may
Be a must, so please say
That you love me today
